Additionally, each member of the IQ Team has signed an agreement that binds them to ethical behavior regarding their access to customer data.

Each IQ Customer’s Administrator has full control of the system permissions allotted to each user through “Security Groups”. This allows for full control over what individuals can see and do once they have logged into the system.

In 2014, IQ migrated to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform for all networking and hosting services. AWS is one of the most secure networks and boasts of customers such as the IRS, NASA, Dow Jones, FDA, and USDA. Every screen within the IQ software is encrypted with the same level of security as major on-line banking services. So, there is no chance of data exposure through the general course of using IQ.

While some SaaS provides comingle customer data, IQ provides each customer with a dedicated database instance where their data is completely segregated from all other customer data. So, there is no chance of one customer gaining access to another customer’s data.
